I am passionate about: Interdisciplinary Teamwork, Brain Injury Rehabilitation, Driver Assessment and Rehabilitation and delivering evidence-based care in an everchanging context.

My passion lies in supporting both children and adults with disabilities to discover the MAGIC within them that helps them believe in their own value and capabilities. I'm particularly dedicated to supporting people in establishing routines that empower them to succeed as well as re-discover their self-worth.

I firmly believe that setting goals (and having fun) knows no age limits, and finding sources of joy and fulfillment in a person’s daily activities is crucial to enable them to thrive across all areas of their life. The Lime Way signifies honouring every individual and embracing what makes them unique, giving them a voice, and creating opportunities for them to shine. This philosophy guides my practice and reinforces the importance of respect, positivity and, inclusivity in all that I do.

Being part of a locally informed, innovative and inclusive team who share their knowledge, time and passion, brings the Lime Way to life for me, and I feel very privileged to work in this way.

As an occupational Therapist trained in driving, I understand the important role and occupation that driving represents for people of all ages. I love being able to support people who have never held a drivers licence to pursue their dreams and support people who have had a health event to safely return to driving.

The Lime Way embodies how I work with and for my clients. I want to seek to understand them, their injury, and how it impacts their life. I want to be able to show the way to grow in recovery and rehabilitation and do it in a dynamic way that fits each individual’s lifestyle.

I have a passion for hand therapy and assisting you in your recovery and rehabilitation whether that be from an injury, surgery, degenerative disease, or sudden onset condition. The upper limb is a very complex structure and through understanding how it works and what is important to you I aim to assist you in your best recovery.

I’m passionate about finding individualised equipment and modification solutions that enable people to live their best lives and achieve their goals.

My easy going and laid-back nature enables me to form meaningful and purposeful connections with the people I see. This approach helps me make people feel comfortable, creating a space for them to open up and share their thoughts, concerns and needs.

The Lime way is about giving people control over their journey and recognizing that each person has their own distinct life story.

For me, the Lime Way is about empowering individuals to reclaim their independence and thrive in their daily lives. I am passionate about working with people, helping them navigate the challenges of their activities of daily living while maintaining their quality of life. I love witnessing the joy on my clients' faces when they achieve their goals, whether it's returning to a beloved hobby, engaging in the community, or mastering a new skill. Each client is unique, and I take pride in providing tailored solutions that truly make a difference in their lives, making my role as an Occupational Therapist incredibly rewarding.

As a paediatric occupational therapist, I believe in helping children uncover their inner strength and value, guiding them to lead with confidence and embrace their unique qualities. My passion lies in fostering their growth and well-being to build a brighter future.

Please let me introduce myself, my name is Sophie I am an Occupational Therapist and have recently joined the Lime team. I could not have found a better and more honourable family practice for which to work. With a compassionate and client-centred approach, I’m eager to help individuals recover from injury, regain skills, independence and assist and support disability.
