Hand Therapy

The Lime Way embodies how I work with and for my clients. I want to seek to understand them, their injury, and how it impacts their life. I want to be able to show the way to grow in recovery and rehabilitation and do it in a dynamic way that fits each individual’s lifestyle.

I have a passion for hand therapy and assisting you in your recovery and rehabilitation whether that be from an injury, surgery, degenerative disease, or sudden onset condition. The upper limb is a very complex structure and through understanding how it works and what is important to you I aim to assist you in your best recovery.

For me, the Lime Way has meant walking into a room full of smiling faces who want to do everything they can to help you, in your way.

I have completed additional training through the Australian Hand Therapy Association to better service hand therapy clients in regional Australia and avoid frequent unnecessary travel to Melbourne or Adelaide. I also love working in pediatrics and get to play at work! I have fun teaching children to walk, assisting with orthopaedic conditions or gross motor delay (a few examples).
