Lime Occupational Therapy has an exciting opportunity for a dedicated therapist to join our expanding allied health team in Toowoomba, QLD.
We are seeking an AHPRA registered therapist with an understanding and passion to provide high quality services in a variety of settings including Aged and Disability, community and hospital; strong interpersonal and organisational skills are essential.
The role requires the delivery of intervention including home (including home modifications), inpatient and falls prevention assessments and education; equipment prescription and education; cognitive assessment and functional retraining; discharge planning. The applicant will demonstrate a willingness to work autonomously with enthusiasm and creativity, with the support from our extended allied health team.
Essential Criteria:
- AHPRA Registered
- OT Australia membership
- Current Drivers licence
- National Police Check
