• Renee Kelly

    Director Clinical Services - Occupational Therapist

    Renee Kelly completed her degree at the University of South Australia in 1998 with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy.  Renee is a TAC and Worksafe Framework OT, Lifetime Care Case Manager for iCare and Functional Capacity Evaluation trained (both Ergoscience PWPE (Physical work performance evaluation) and Workhab protocols)

    With experience in metropolitan, locally and abroad, Renee has worked across the ages.  Her experience in disability, paediatrics, aged care, chronic disease, vocational rehabilitation and mental health laid the foundations for establishing a private practice.  Out of small beginnings, Lime Therapy has grown into a dynamic multi disciplinary practice servicing the needs of the Sunraysia community and beyond.  Renee is particularly passionate about understanding the needs of the community and providing services to meet these needs.  She has embraced the NDIS and all it offers participants.

    Renee's clinical intervention empowers individuals, families and carers by working closely with doctors, health professionals and service providers to maximise outcomes for the individual.  Her leadership, passion, dedication and vision inspires her team and those she works with to dream big, and to always see possibilities and opportunities.

    Matt Kelly

    Director Finance

    Matt Kelly graduated from the University of South Australia in 1997 with a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy, then furthering his study by completing his Certified Practising Accountants. He has worked predominantly in public practice firms in metropolitan locations, the UK and locally in Sunraysia.

    Matt has partnered with his wife, Renee Kelly, in building a dynamic and progressive allied health practice in Mildura.  Matt provides leadership to the Finance and Administration team, and is instrumental in guiding the vision for Lime Therapy.

    Matt spends his time between his family, the farm, football and Lime Therapy.

  • Shane Morrison

    Principal Physiotherapist

    Shane graduated from the University of South Australia’s Physiotherapy program in 2007.  Shane spent the first few years living and working in the Barossa Valley, South Australia. He gained private practice experience before spending time in public health working at the local hospitals and in community health. While there he furthered his education around aged care by completing a Geriatric Evaluation and Management course. He has also completed further training in Kinesio taping and Mulligans Techniques.

    In 2013, after a short stint working in Geelong, Shane moved home to the Sunraysia region with his family and began work establishing physiotherapy services at Lime Therapy.  Shane now works as a generalist physiotherapist with particular interests in Orthopaedics, Geriatric Rehabilitation and Sports Physiotherapy.

    Shane has overseen the development and expansion of the multi-dimensional physiotherapy team since Lime Physiotherapy began back in 2013.  Shane is responsible for providing leadership to our Physiotherapy team and is committed to providing a service that is continually evolving to meet the needs of the Sunraysia community.

    In his spare time Shane enjoys keeping himself fit by competing in long distance triathlons and coaching football.

    Denise Krklec

    Senior Physiotherapist – ALA Accredited Lymphodema Practitioner

    Denise graduated from the University of Queensland in 1994. Prior to joining Lime Therapy, she has worked in the Public health sector but has spent most of her time in private practice musculoskeletal clinics.

    Denise has additional training in Lymphoedema Management, Aquatic Physiotherapy, Pilates and Dry Needling.

    Denise has also completed her Level 1 and II Fascial Manipulation. The Fascial manipulation method involves assessing past injuries or traumas with the current issues to determine the main source of pain. Fascia is treated across the areas which may be involved including areas not near the area of symptoms. This creates balance between the forces we use to move and function.

    Denise has a passion for volunteering and has spent time overseas working in marginalised communities. In her spare time she enjoys cycling and spending time anywhere near water with her husband and Border Collies.

    Helen Alexander

    Senior Physiotherapist

    Helen Alexander graduated from Auckland Institute of Technology as a Physiotherapist in 1983. Helen joined Lime Therapy in 2013 brining with her a wealth of knowledge and experience. Prior to relocating to Australia Helen was working in the United States as a Home Health Physiotherapist. She received her Master’s in Health Science (PT) in 2001 from Washington University and has an extensive background ranging from paediatric school-based services to Aged Care Rehabilitation and hospital-based therapy.

    Helen has a passion for therapy services delivered in the home and community, and enjoys delivering this model of service to clients across the Sunraysia region.

    Kasey Caristo

    Physiotherapist

    Kasey graduated in 2015. She completed a Bachelor of Health Science / Master of Physiotherapy at La Trobe University in Bendigo. She has worked as a Physiotherapist in both a Public Hospital and Private Practice setting, providing a broad foundation to her clinical skills.  At Lime Therapy Kasey sees a range of clients, with predominately musculoskeletal conditions. She hopes to further her training in Women’s Health in the future.

    Kasey is passionate about person centered care and working with clients to make positive changes towards achieving better health and function.

    Kasey is a local to the Mildura region and enjoys playing Netball for Irymple in the Sunraysia Football Netball League. She enjoys keeping active and spending time with her family.

    Nicole Nitschke

    Senior Physiotherapist

    Nicole Graduated from the University of South Australia with a bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2013. Nicole has worked at Lime Therapy since 2014, working with a wide range of clientele, developing skills across specialty areas and programs run through Lime Therapy. Nicole is a TAC and worksafe accredited physiotherapist, and has done further training in dry needling, pain management and neurological assessment and rehabilitation.

    Nicole has a particular passion for Neurological rehabilitation, having spent time working in the Brain Injury Rehabilitation Unit in South Australia during her final years of study. She also enjoys working with the elderly and assisting those who have transitioned to the NDIS to achieve the goals most important to them. Nicole is passionate about community based service delivery and making a difference to the lives of her clients and their families.

    In her spare time Nicole enjoys going for long walks with her hubby and dogs, coffee dates, plenty of chocolate and cups of tea, and spending time with her family in the Riverland and Adelaide. She is inspired by the success of those around her (clients and friends) and feels it’s the simple things in life that can turn a challenging time into a more positive one.

    Shai Patel

    Physiotherapist

    After graduating the Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) program from Monash University in 2016, Shai has had a wide variety of clinical experience.

    Shai has mostly worked in sub-acute and outpatient public and private hospital settings. In these environments, he has been able to effectively work with patients achieve the long-term lifestyle goals that carry a meaningful impact in their lives. A background in top level sports also affords him the clinic skills of all levels of function, and an understanding that everyone can approach their tasks with a motivated mindset.

    Using creative influences to make physiotherapy fun, Shai has a strong interest in the paediatric field and enjoys working with families to maximise their outcomes. Through playful therapeutic techniques and an empathetic approach, Shai enjoys treating children with an emphasis on empowerment, self-esteem building, and social play. Shai is looking forward to working in disability and with the NDIS in order to provide goal driven therapy.

  • Lilly Pointon

    Senior Paediatric Occupational Therapist Team Leader Lime Legends

    Lilly Pointon graduated in 2011 from Deakin University in Geelong completing a Bachelor of Applied Science and Occupational Therapy. Lilly has extensive knowledge of the NDIS, moving from Geelong where she worked as an OT in community and acute rehab settings, before moving into paediatrics and working in the disability and NDIS sector. Lilly joined the Lime Therapy team in 2018.

    Lilly is a passionate Occupational Therapist who’s therapy is all about ensuring her clients feel VALUED and EMPOWERED, and are able to reach their full potential.  She helps kids to thrive by building sensory, learning, behaviour, motor, social, independent and developmental skills. She adopts a capacity building approach to strengthen children and their families to thrive in all environments, and complete the tasks which are important to them.

    Lilly believes in magic and finds joy in enabling children and families to discover that within themselves and their goals. Lilly focuses on your child’s strengths to build their confidence and self-esteem and takes the time to discover what motivates them so that they can enjoy developing new skills. Lilly is a strong advocate for social inclusion and feels the most happy and inspired by clients reaching their goals.

    Linda Henderson

    Senior Occupational Therapist, Driver Trained Occupational Therapist

    Linda Henderson graduated in 1995 from University of South Australia. She has extensive experience as a Clinician and Manager in: public and private sector health care, Occupational Therapy Driver Assessment and Rehabilitation, Vocational Rehabilitation, and Medicolegal assessments.

    Linda currently provides support to individuals whose health is impacting on their ability to drive, through the specialist Lime Therapy Occupational Therapy Driver Assessment and Rehabilitation Program.  She also conducts specialist medicolegal assessments.

    Linda has a passion for prevention, particularly in workplaces and ergonomics, with post graduate qualifications including Diploma in Ergonomics, Graduate Diploma of Hazard Management and Masters in Public Health.

    Lynette Preston

    Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist

    Lynette Preston completed her degree through the University of South Australia in 1998, graduating with a Bachelor of Applied Science, Occupational Therapy. Since her graduation Lynette has worked in both clinical and management roles in Australia and the UK. Her experience has been within various clinical settings (acute hospitals, inpatient and community rehabilitation, palliative care and community health) providing services to working age adults and the elderly.

    Lynette has extensive experience in Acquired Brain Injury Rehabilitation, is a Driver Trained Occupational Therapist, a TAC and Worksafe Framework OT, and does specialist medicolegal assessments. She enjoys collaborating with others to achieve change, and has a particular interest in community based rehabilitation; capacity building; and management of cognitive changes, particularly in working age adults.

    Lynette also enjoys providing supervision, training and clinical leadership and support to the team.

    Tianna Couch

    Occupational Therapist, Hand Therapy

    Tianna graduated from James Cook University in Townsville, Qld in 2014 with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy. Tianna held an interest in Occupational Therapy for many years, returning to study to gain her degree. Tianna is a current Associate Member of the Australian Hand Therapy Association.

    Tianna has developed broad clinical skills working in the Sunraysia community.  She is a TAC & Worksafe Framework OT, as well as FCE trained (Ergoscience PWPE (Physical work performance evaluation) protocol).

    Tianna has a particular interest in hand therapy, working with clients to ensure maximum function to perform their day to day activities. Tianna has been instrumental in the development of the Lime Therapy Hand Therapy Service and is passionate about providing exceptional care to her clients to enable them to regain their pre-injury function.

    With the commencement of Lime Legends Tianna has been able to further her interest in working with our paediatric client base, through focusing on handwriting in the clinic and school settings.

    Tianna's spare time is spent with her children at their various sporting events and volunteering her time at her daughter's netball club.

    Chris Simms

    Occupational Therapist

    Chris graduated from the University of Canberra with a Bachelors of Sport and Exercise Science in 2012 prior to completing a Masters of Occupational Therapy, graduating in 2016. He was drawn to Occupational Therapy due to it’s core principle of assisting people to be able to effectively do what motivates them and the positive change this can provide.

    Chris’ key area of interest is in using technology as a way of enhancing the independence and capacity of his clients. This could be through voice control, modified touch, mounting of hardware or even specific applications. He is passionate and motivated to find solutions to suit everyone due to seeing the improvement to capacity and quality of life that the correct technology based solution can bring.

    Chris also brings experience in home modifications, wheelchair prescription, pressure care and general assistive technology prescription having worked in Community Occupational Therapy for four years. His spare time is spent enjoying the company of friends & family, running, cycling, umpiring AFL football and playing videogames.

  • Georgina Kilimaitis

    Senior Speech Pathologist

    Georgina joined Lime Therapy in 2019 to establish our Speech Pathology services.  After attending speech pathology as a child for a severe stutter, Georgina is passionate about the field and helping others with this issue. She graduated from University in 2015 and commenced her career in Western Australia working in paediatric settings within Private Practice and Ronald McDonald House Charities.

    Georgina has a passion for working with fluency, early intervention, language and articulation skills in a fun, family-centred approach. She loves the dynamic and fun environment of working with children and their families to optimise their communication skills.

    Lauren Shirren

    Senior Speech Pathologist

    Lauren Graduated from Charles Stuart University in 2005. She has worked as a Speech Pathologist across both government and non-government services; working in education and disability; both with paediatric and adult clients. Lauren joined Lime Therapy in 2019 to establish our Speech Pathology services, Lauren’s particular areas of interest / speciality are: swallowing and mealtime management; developmental trauma and complex communication requiring alternative communication systems.

    Lauren is originally from Ouyen and is enjoying being part of this community once again after many years working in South Australia and the ACT.

    Speech Pathologist

    Shanae graduated with a Bachelor of Speech Pathology from Australian Catholic University Melbourne in 2019. Throughout her training she gained experience in working with clients of varying ages and abilities in public, private and educational settings in Sunraysia and Melbourne.
    Shanae’s areas of interest are in early intervention, swallowing management and improving language and articulation skills.
    Shanae grew up in the Sunraysia area and is enjoying being back living and working within the community and supporting clients to achieve their communication goals.

  • Siobhan McCoy

    Allied Health Assistant

    Siobhan completed her TAFE certification in 2017 and began working in sub-acute rehabilitation, in Canberra. Siobhan has experience within a hospital setting, beginning her working rehabilitation journey in Geriatrics, assisting Occupational Therapists with implementing therapy programs, to help retrain activities of daily living. From there, her role moved to outpatient rehabilitation, working with clients who were recovering from stroke, motor vehicle accidents or who were living with a neurological disorder. With a short stint in the Community setting shortly after outpatient rehabilitation, Siobhan made the move to Mildura to pursue a job at Lime Therapy that has opened up many opportunities.

    During her down time, Siobhan enjoys exercising and walking her rescue greyhound Mavis. She also enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading books and binging a good Netflix series. She believes that you should always be kind to others, because you never know what kind of day they have had.

    Practice Manager

    Cassie has extensive administrative and practice management experience, including more than 12 years in the finance sector. After completing Certificate Three in Financial Services in 2005 Cassie moved into the health care sector, and joined the Lime Therapy team in 2014.

    As Practice Manager, Cassie prides herself on excelling in customer service, and works diligently to support all Lime Therapy clients and our team. As a central point of contact between clients, families, carers and therapists Cassie provides invaluable administrative support in a timely and efficient manner.

    Blair Harley

    Administration/ NDIS Administrative Support

    Blair was born in Mildura but has travelled and lived extensively overseas in Europe, Scandinavia, Asia, Untied States and Canada. She has previously worked in aged care case management and disability (NDIS) and various other administration roles in the community. Blair previously studied her Bachelor of Psychological Science at the University of New England, transferring over to her Bachelor of Occupational Therapy with Charles Darwin University. She is excited to continue growing with Lime Therapy.

    Mikaela moved to Australia from Canada in 2018 and now has her permanent residency. She has a degree in Tourism and Travel and aspires to travel the world.     Georgie has grown up in Mildura and purchased her own home in the Mildura area in 2018. Georgie attends the Mildura Church of Christ, values her faith highly and helps lead the youth group program on a Friday night. She is excited to bring her experience in Customer Service to the Lime Therapy team.
