Lime Therapy will be closing the doors to our Toowoomba office on Friday 27th November 2020.
We would like to thank all our participants and referrers for allowing us to partner with you in your health journey. We have valued the opportunity to work with each and every one of you.
If you have any questions around progress relating to applications submitted prior to our closure for NDIS Assistive Technology or Home Modification applications, please liaise directly with the NDIS or your Support Coordinator.
We will be liaising with all current and ongoing participants to support your transition to a new provider.
If you are requiring an Occupational Therapist (OT), then you will need to engage an OT through another provider.
We would encourage you to liaise with your NDIA LAC or support coordinator to assist you.
