Denise graduated from the University of Queensland in 1994. Prior to joining Lime Therapy, she has worked in the Public health sector but has spent most of her time in private practice musculoskeletal clinics.
Denise has additional training in Lymphoedema Management, Aquatic Physiotherapy, Pilates and Dry Needling.
Denise has also completed her Level 1 and II Fascial Manipulation. The Fascial manipulation method involves assessing past injuries or traumas with the current issues to determine the main source of pain. Fascia is treated across the areas which may be involved including areas not near the area of symptoms. This creates balance between the forces we use to move and function.
Denise has a passion for volunteering and has spent time overseas working in marginalised communities. In her spare time she enjoys cycling and spending time anywhere near water with her husband and Border Collies.
