Andrina Mitcham

Andrina graduated in 1987 from the Lincoln Institute Of Health Sciences in Melbourne.  She has worked as a physiotherapist in a wide variety of settings, including hospital and private practice, developing a broad experience base across many areas of physiotherapy.

Andrina completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Continence and Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation from the University of Melbourne in 2000, and since then has specialised in Women’s Health physiotherapy alongside her general physiotherapy roles.

Andrina brings to Lime Therapy a wealth of knowledge and experience. She provides Pelvic Health and Continence Physiotherapy to women and men, and is able to assist with: pelvic floor issues, continence problems including bladder and bowel, pelvic pain, pre and post pregnancy conditions, and pre and post-surgery for urological, gynaecological and prostate conditions.

Andrina was born in Mildura, growing up in Merbein on a dried fruit block. After 20 years away she returned to the area in 2005 with her four children, two of whom are now at the University of Melbourne. Being able to live close to her parents has allowed them to share in the children’s lives as they have grown up, which is irreplaceable.  In her spare time, aside from running her two youngest children around, Andrina loves being outside in the garden, with growing roses being a special passion.
