Principal Occupational Therapist
Renee Kelly graduated from the University of South Australia in 1998 with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy.
With experience locally and abroad, Renee has worked predominantly with the ageing population. Her experience in chronic disease, vocational rehabilitation and aged and disability laid the foundations for establishing a private practice.
Renee's intervention empowers individuals, families and carers by working closely with doctors, health professionals and service providers to maximise outcomes for the individual.
Renee is also a TAC and Worksafe Framework OT.
Kirsty Norton graduated from LaTrobe University, Melbourne in 1997 with a Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy. Kirsty has worked across a broad range of clinical fields, including acute and rehabilitation hospital settings and community rehabilitation both in Australia and the United Kingdom.
Kirsty has worked with adults to provide Occupational Therapy intervention to clients with a variety of neurological, oncology, orthopaedic and general medical conditions and has a strong commitment to providing client-centred care to optimise outcomes.
Lynette Preston completed her degree through the University of South Australia in 1998, graduating with a Bachelor of Applied Science, Occupational Therapy. Since her graduation Lynette has worked in both clinical and management roles in Australia and the UK. Her experience has been within various clinical settings (acute hospitals, inpatient and community rehabilitation, palliative care and community health) providing services to working age adults and the elderly.
Lynette has experience in Acquired Brain Injury Rehabilitation and is a Driver Trained Occupational Therapist. She enjoys collaborating with others to achieve change, and has a particular interest in community based rehabilitation, return to work programs and management of cognitive changes in working age adults. Lynette is also a TAC and Worksafe Framework OT.
Tianna Couch graduated from James Cook University in Townsville, Qld in 2014 with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy.
Tianna has held an interest in Occupational Therapy for many years returning to study to achieve this.
Tianna has an interest in hand therapy and working with clients to ensure maximum function to perform their day to day activities.
Shane Morrison graduated from the University of South Australia’s Physiotherapy program in 2007. He initially worked in private practice in the Barossa Valley before moving into the public health system working for Country Health SA. There he worked in both acute and community physiotherapy services while developing and running various programs including joint arthroplasty and geriatric evaluation and management.
Originally from the Sunraysia region, Shane returned home via a short stint working in aged care facilities in the Geelong region. Shane has a keen interest in many types of physiotherapy including geriatrics and orthopaedic rehabilitation and management.
Nicole Langcake graduated from the University of South Australia with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2013. Nicole has had a range of experience throughout her degree including aged care, neurological rehabilitation, musculoskeletal management and further physiotherapy exposure in brain injury rehabilitation.
Originally growing up in the Riverland, Nicole enjoys working and living in a rural community and now resides in Mildura. With a keen interest in aged care rehabilitation as well as neurological rehabilitation, Nicole enjoys working with all her clients and is excited to be a part of Lime Therapy and the Sunraysia community.
Helen Alexander graduated from Auckland Institute of Technology as a Physiotherapist in 1983 and most recently has been working in the United States as a Home Health Physiotherapist. She received her Master’s in Health Science (PT) in 2001 from Washington University and has an extensive background ranging from paediatric school-based services to Aged Care Rehabilitation and hospital-based therapy.
Helen has a passion for therapy services delivered in the home and enjoys delivering this service to clients across the Sunraysia region.
Jesse Curran graduated from Charles Sturt University in Albury in 2005. She has experience in a number of settings, including acute hospital care, rehabilitation, aged care, pilates and sports injuries.
Jesse has a special interest in Women’s Health and Continence management, and commenced study for her Masters degree in Continence and Women’s Health through Curtin University in Perth in 2012.
Jesse grew up in the Mildura area, and is thrilled to be back after many years living and working in Queensland.
- Excercise Physiologists
Ellen Neyland graduated from Federation University Australia with a post graduate diploma in Clinical Exercise Physiology. She has experience in a range of private and community based settings. Ellen is also a qualified Remedial Massage therapist who enjoys using both skills to gain the best possible outcomes for clients
Ellen is enjoying being back in the Sunraysia area and excited to join the Lime therapy team working alongside our physiotherapists and occupational therapists.
- Administration Staff
Matt Kelly graduated from the University of South Australia in 1997 with a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy.
A member of Certified Practising Accountants he has worked predominantly in public practice firms. Matt is currently involved in the administration of Lime OT.
Cassie Munn has extensive administrative and practice management experience, including more than 12 years in the finance sector. After completing Certificate Three in Financial Services in 2005 Cassie moved in to the health care sector and joined the Lime Therapy team in 2014.
As Practice Manager, Cassie prides herself on excelling in customer service, and works diligently to support all Lime Therapy clients and our team. As a central point of contact between clients, families, carers and therapists Cassie provides invaluable administrative support in a timely and efficient manner.
Demmi Andriske graduated from St Joseph’s College Mildura in 2013. With a keen interest in the health industry, Demmi undertook Certificate Three in Allied Health Assistance through SuniTAFE whilst completing her schooling.
Demmi joined Lime Therapy in 2014 as Administration Assistant. Based in our clinic at 153 Lime Avenue Mildura, Demmi is an integral element of the Lime team, providing administrative, reception and customer service support.
Sandra Rielley provides invaluable service and support to Lime Therapy employees and clients. Sandra has more than 17 years’ experience in business administration. Before joining Lime OT in March 2012, Sandra held positions in both small and large businesses in the retail and tourism fields. As well as handling day-to-day administration duties for the business, Sandra liaises closely with service providers, health professionals, clients, their carers and families.
